When you come in for a session, my first intention is to create a space where your system can settle. You’ll lie comfortably on the treatment table, fully clothed, and you don’t have to do anything or perform in any way. I invite your body to slow down simply by being present with it.
I work with gentle touch, placing my hands on and underneath different areas of your body. And as it feels supported, it naturally begins to release tension and shift out of old patterns. Many people notice warmth, softening, or a sense of spaciousness; others experience more subtle changes. It’s all welcome, and every reaction is completely unique.
I usually work in silence so your nervous system can drop into a calmer state without interruption. This quiet allows you to connect more deeply with yourself and gives your body room to do what it knows how to do. After the session, your system continues to reorganize and integrate, so giving yourself a bit of extra space and gentleness afterward is helpful.
We always work from the present moment—how you are today, what feels alive for you now, and what direction you want to move toward.
What Many Clients Notice
Everyone responds differently, but clients often tell me that after a session they feel:
- lighter and more grounded
- more spacious and less emotionally charged
- freer in their breathing
- calmer and clearer in themselves
- more energized and confident
- more connected to who they are beneath stress or tension
These shifts can be subtle or noticeable, immediate or gradual. Your system sets the pace.
